The purpose of Sizzling PR is to provide a stress-free way to help authors promote their work. Nowadays, many publishing houses are getting away from providing promotional opportunities for authors, leaving it to fall on the authors’ shoulders. Sizzling PR is here to take away the burden from authors. We are also here to help self-published author meet their goals.

Sizzling PR wants to provide you with the best service possible and will do our best to be available for you when you need us. However, Sizzling PR is closed on the weekends to spend time with our family. Our tour spots are Monday through Friday only, to make sure every spot gets the attention it deserves. You can expect us to regularly check our emails, answer /return phone calls, etc. between the hours of 8am and 4pm EST Monday – Friday. All emails received during the week should be replied to within 48 hours. If the matter is urgent, please state that in the subject, and you should receive a reply promptly.

What genres do you accept?

We specialize in all genres of romance and erotica including, paranormal, urban fantasy and more. We also accept young adult and new adult titles within the romance genre.

We do not except non-fiction, poetry, manga, or general fiction including children’s or middle grade fiction, poetry, literary fiction, thriller, mystery or suspense unless it has a strong romantic element.

What happens if a blogger cancels? Will you reschedule?

Depending on the reason a blogger cancelled and the number of spots on your tour, it could be rescheduled. If a blogger cancels because the post was not to them in time, it will not be rescheduled unless it was our fault for the delay. In cases where it was not put up because of their web hosting downtime, then we will work with the host to reschedule it.

Do you have a refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. However, if for some reason the tour cannot be fully booked, we will give a partial refund or work with the author to make other arrangements for unfilled tour spots.

Can I change the dates of my tour?

Unfortunately once we scheduling has starts to change the tour dates means we must start over from the beginning. Some hosts that have been scheduled might not be able to participate on the new day and substitute sites will need to be located. Due to this there is a $10 charge to change tour dates.

Can I change the book that is being promoted after the tour has been booked?

The author may change the book once the tour has been booked, however it is up to the hosts if they wish to still keep their commitment to the spot. If they choose to step down from the commitment the spot will not be re-booked nor will there be any refund give for any spots not fulfilled.

When do I have to pay for your services? How do you accept payment?

Payment must be completed before services are started. Currently, we only accept payment via PayPal.

If Sizzling PR send out my book for reviews, am I guarantee to get positive reviews?

There are no guarantees when it comes to reviews. Reviews are based on your book, and will be the reviewer’s honest opinion. You are not buying good reviews; you are buying the service of Sizzling PR sending out your book(s) for review. We can not guarantee your book will be picked up for review.

Am I required to do a giveaway at each spot?

You are not required to do a giveaway at each spot but in our experience, giveaways generate more traffic and interest than stops without.
